GOMOTION / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your information.
Effective and last updated: November 4, 2026 · Sunrix, LLC
1. Who we are
GoMotion at gomotionai.net is operated by Sunrix, LLC. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, sign in, purchase credits or use our video tools. Contact support@gomotionai.net for privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we collect
Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, verified email address, name and profile image. We use these to create and secure your GoMotion account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive or your contacts.
We process prompts, scripts, reference links, uploaded files, selected voices and settings, generated media, project history and support correspondence. Payment records include order and Stripe transaction identifiers, plan, amount, currency and payment status. Stripe handles card details; we do not store full card numbers.
Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, request times, device or browser information and error logs to deliver the service, prevent abuse and diagnose problems. Do not submit sensitive personal information or material you lack permission to share.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, save drafts and projects, generate and deliver media, manage subscriptions and credit balances, reconcile failed tasks, provide support, investigate abuse and comply with applicable obligations. Where applicable, processing relies on providing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations or your consent.
We do not sell your personal information or use your prompts for targeted advertising. We do not use your submitted content to train our own general-purpose AI models. Model and media providers process the content needed for the workflow under their own applicable terms; their retention and model improvement practices can differ.
4. Providers and disclosures
We share only the information needed for a service: Google for authentication, Cloudflare for infrastructure and account records, Stripe for payments, and hosting, AI, voice and stock-media providers for generation. Depending on your workflow, these may include DigitalOcean, OpenRouter and its selected model providers, KIE, fal, Microsoft voice services and Pexels. A workflow can send your prompt, script, uploaded references or generated assets to these providers.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, to resolve payment disputes, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We do not publish your projects in a public gallery or use them in our marketing without your permission. Exported or publicly shared content is subject to your chosen destination’s policies.
5. Cookies and drafts
Essential cookies maintain your sign-in session and protect authentication. Browser local storage preserves drafts when you switch tools or return on the same device. Clearing browser storage removes local drafts; signing out alone may not clear them, so avoid leaving private drafts on shared devices.
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures site visits and navigation using analytics cookies and device/browser information. Analytics is disabled until you choose Accept analytics. We do not send your prompts, email address, project IDs, URL query strings or fragments to Analytics. Google advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. You can decline or withdraw permission using Cookie preferences in the footer. Essential sign-in continues to work without analytics. Google Search Console, if connected, provides search performance information rather than an account login permission.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account and project records while needed to provide the service and maintain your history. Render files, temporary assets and provider caches are not a permanent archive and may be removed; download completed videos you want to keep. Payment, fraud prevention and accounting records may need to remain after an account deletion request where required by law or to resolve a dispute.
Email support@gomotionai.net to request account deletion, access, correction or an export of your personal information. We may verify account ownership before acting. We remove or anonymize information no longer needed, subject to legal retention, security and backup limitations. Revoking Google access stops future Google sign-in sharing but does not itself delete your GoMotion records. Cancel an active subscription separately before requesting deletion.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls, authenticated service connections and separate GoMotion account records to limit unauthorized access. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Your information may be processed outside your country by our infrastructure and generation providers; applicable transfer safeguards and local privacy requirements apply.
8. Your rights and children
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive or transfer information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to your local privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.
GoMotion is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes where required. Privacy and support contact: Sunrix, LLC — support@gomotionai.net.
