GOMOTION / LEGAL
Terms of Service
Account registration, creative rights and billing rules for GoMotion.
Effective and last updated: November 4, 2026 · Sunrix, LLC
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern GoMotion at gomotionai.net, operated by Sunrix, LLC. By accepting these terms when signing in or creating an account, you enter an agreement with Sunrix, LLC. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. If acting for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.
2. Google accounts and security
Google is the only sign-in provider. Your first successful sign-in creates a GoMotion account. Provide accurate account information, protect your Google account and notify support@gomotionai.net of suspected unauthorized use. Do not share, sell or impersonate another person’s account, bypass limits or access other users’ projects.
3. Video tools and AI outputs
Footage combines stock footage, narration and captions; Series creates videos with a consistent visual direction; Story develops character-led scenes through staged production. Available models, formats and limits appear in each tool. A planning target is not a guarantee of exact video length or output quality.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, non-unique or inconsistent. Review scripts, images, voice, captions, licenses and factual claims before publishing. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, platform approval, views, monetization or earnings. Completed stages may remain useful and chargeable even when you choose not to continue a later stage.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in your inputs. As between you and GoMotion, you may use generated outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rights or licenses attached to the materials and providers used. We do not claim ownership of your original creative work. Third-party stock footage, music, fonts, model outputs and voice services remain subject to their applicable licenses; commercial use is not a blanket clearance of all third-party rights.
You grant us the limited permission needed to host, copy, process and transmit your inputs and outputs to operate your requested workflows, maintain your history and provide support. This does not grant permission to publish your work in our marketing. Obtain permission for uploaded references, identifiable people, voices, trademarks and other protected material.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use GoMotion for unlawful activity, exploitation of children, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, fraud, threats, harassment or infringement of privacy or intellectual property. Do not upload malware, probe accounts or infrastructure without authorization, circumvent safety or payment controls, or resell access in a way that disrupts the service. You are responsible for required AI disclosures and for complying with the rules of platforms where you publish.
6. Prices, subscriptions and renewals
Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and the final charge appear at checkout. Stripe processes payment. A monthly subscription renews monthly and an annual subscription renews annually unless canceled before renewal. An annual price shown as a monthly equivalent is charged as the full annual amount, not as twelve monthly card payments.
Subscription credits are allocated monthly. Unused subscription credits expire at the next monthly anniversary and do not roll over. Annual plans release twelve monthly allocations during the paid year; canceling renewal does not stop the remaining allocations in that paid year. Credit packs are one-time purchases, valid for 365 days, and are held separately from subscription resets. A subscription is not required to buy a pack. Credits expiring sooner are used first.
Credits are service units, not money, deposits or transferable property, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Future price changes will be disclosed before they affect a renewal as required. Checkout disclosures control the specific plan purchased.
7. Production quotes and credit reconciliation
Review the quote before approving a production stage. The quoted credits are reserved when the stage starts and settled according to its outcome. Changing the script, model or production settings can require a new quote. Successfully delivered stages consume credits even if you dislike the creative result or stop a later stage.
A terminal failed stage releases its reserved credits once confirmed. An uncertain or still-running task keeps its reservation while its status is reconciled; closing the browser or a network timeout does not itself cancel server-side production or prove failure. Released credits follow the expiry of their original batches. A credit release is different from a refund of a card payment.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Manage cancellation from Account using the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not extend monthly credit expiry or automatically refund the current paid period. If you cannot access billing management, contact support@gomotionai.net before your renewal date so we can help.
Contact support@gomotionai.net with your account email and order identifier for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, non-delivery or a refund request. We assess the payment, delivered work and applicable consumer rights; unused credits do not automatically create a right to a cash refund. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights in your jurisdiction remain available. We do not ask you to send full card numbers or passwords to support.
9. Availability, storage and suspension
Generation relies on third-party infrastructure and can be delayed or unavailable. We may change models, enforce usage limits or pause work for maintenance and safety. Download outputs you need to retain; project media and temporary files are not guaranteed permanent storage.
We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security risks or unpaid charges and investigate suspected violations. Contact support to contest a restriction. Where practical and legally permitted, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Suspending access does not remove non-waivable consumer or refund rights.
10. Responsibility and limits
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free AI results. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately. We remain responsible where applicable law does not permit a disclaimer or limitation, including mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Neither these terms nor a service credit policy waives those rights.
11. Changes, disputes and contact
We may update these terms and identify the current version by its effective date. Material changes will be notified where required; changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to completed purchases. Contact support@gomotionai.net first about disputes so we can investigate. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your ability to use courts or consumer remedies available under applicable law.
